Welcome to LINK. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LINK platform, located at linkprovidersnetwork.com (the "Platform"), operated by LINK Providers Network Ltd. ("LINK", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. User Roles

LINK supports two primary user types:

• Customers: Businesses seeking to resolve cyber-risk issues through vetted service providers.
• Vendors: Service providers offering solutions to mitigate cybersecurity or compliance risks.

2. Account Registration

Customers must create an account to access platform services. Vendors may be matched without a platform profile during the initial phase. Over time, vendors may be invited to onboard and manage their presence directly.

3. Platform Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing our software or services.
• Scraping, crawling, or mining data from the Platform.
• Reselling platform access or services without permission.
• Misrepresenting your identity or your role on the platform.

4. Payments

All payments and subscriptions are managed via Paddle, our third-party payment processor. You agree to Paddle's Terms of Use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technologies on the Platform belong to LINK or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without express permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
